1. Introduction

Allonnia (“Allonnia” “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy will govern Allonnia’s actions regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, and the choices you have associated with such collection, use and disclosure.

2. Changes to our Privacy Policy

Allonnia may modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice, and changes may apply to any Personal Information we hold about you, as well as any new personal information collected after the Privacy Policy is modified. Allonnia will notify users of any material changes (as determined by Allonnia) that are made to the Privacy Policy via Allonnia’s Site. Users are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy for any changes. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Site from that point onward. Use of the Site indicates acknowledgement and agreement to the current version of the Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding any modifications, any personal information and web browsing or tracking information collected by Allonnia from you will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information was collected, unless Allonnia obtains consent otherwise.

Allonnia collects several types of information from and about users.
Computer, Device and Browsing Information: As you interact with the Site, Allonnia may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and usage patterns. This data may include details like these:

  • External sites that referred you to Allonnia’s Site
  • External sites visited immediately after using the Site
  • Information about your computer or device and internet connection, which could include: Your IP address or other device ID;
  • Your operating system; and

The technologies used for this automatic data collection may include cookies. You may refuse to accept browser cookies through your browser settings. Unless you set your browser to refuse cookies, Allonnia’s system may issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Site.

4. How Do We Use Your Information?

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, Allonnia does not share your information with third parties without your consent, unless it is de-identified and/or aggregated data. Aggregated data includes data derived from personal information and also data collected by us from other sources; in its de-identified or aggregated form, it does not identify or relate to any individual. Allonnia will use information collected about you or provided to us only as described in this Privacy Policy.

5. When Do We Share Your Information?

Allonnia may disclose your personal information:

  • To comply with law, a valid court order, a judicial proceeding, subpoenas, warrants, bankruptcy proceedings, or in connection with any legal process. If we are required to disclose your information, we will do our best to provide you with notice in advance, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, in which information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred. This Privacy Policy would continue to apply to information collected while it was in place.

Allonnia strives to provide you with choices about your personal information which we may collect. We have the following mechanisms to give you the following controls over your information:

Tracking Technologies and “Do Not Track.” You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our Site may not be accessible or not function in the proper way. We rely on third party ad networks to deliver relevant advertising messages on our behalf. Because we do not deliver or track online ads, we currently do not “listen” or respond to your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser.

Google Analytics: Allonnia may work with Google Analytics to better understand its audience and users, to improve marketing campaigns, and to enhance services. You can learn more about Google Analytics’ privacy choices or opt out at any time.

If Allonnia has sent you a promotional email or other informational email, the email will have an “unsubscribe” feature that will allow you to opt-out of receiving future email distributions.

8. How Do You Access, Correct, or Remove Your Information?

In General: Contact us to request access to, correct, or remove any personal information that we may have acquired about you from visits to our Site. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal obligation or requirement. Information that has already been de-identified and/or aggregated (including aggregated data set/s) may not be retrievable or traced back for correction or removal from any database.

9. How Do We Keep Your Information Secure?

Allonnia limits access to your information to its employees and contractors. In addition, Allonnia instituted industry standard physical, technical, and procedural safeguards designed to secure personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Although Allonnia takes reasonable precautions, the transmission of information via the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Allonnia does not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, altered, nor lost through a breach of any of our physical and electronic safeguards.

10. California Residents

This section applies only to California residents. Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), below is a summary of the “Personal Information” categories, as identified and defined by the CCPA (see California Civil Code section 1798.140 (o)), that we collect, the reason we collect your Personal Information, where we obtain the Personal Information, and the third parties with whom we may share your Personal Information. We do not generally sell information as the term “sell” is traditionally understood. However, if and to the extent “sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include advertising technology activities such as those implemented specifically for interest-based advertising, we will comply with applicable law as to such activity.

Allonnia generally collects the following categories of Personal Information about you when you use our Site:

  • Identifiers such as your device’s IP address, software, and identification numbers associated with your devices;
  • Internet or other electronic information regarding you browsing history, search history, the webpage visited before you came to our Site, length of visit and number of page views, click-stream data, locale preferences, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps associated with transactions, and system configuration information;
  • Your geolocation, to the extent you have configured your device to permit Allonnia to collect such information;
  • Audio recordings of your voice to the extent you call Allonnia, as permitted under applicable law;
  • Inferences about your preferences, characteristics, behavior, and attitudes.

Allonnia collects your Personal Information for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The CCPA defines a “business purpose” as the use of Personal Information for the business’s operational purposes, or other notified purposes, provided the use of Personal Information is reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purpose for which the Personal Information was collected or another operational purpose that is compatible with the context in which the Personal Information was collected.

If you are a California resident, you have rights in relation to your Personal Information; however, your rights are subject to certain exceptions. For instance, we cannot disclose specific pieces of Personal Information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the Personal Information or the security of our network systems.

  • Right Against Discrimination – You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described in this section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to know, delete or opt-out of sales.
  • Right to Know – You have the right to request in writing: (i) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, address, email address, that a business has disclosed to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (ii) the names and addresses of all such third parties. In addition, you have the right to request: (i) the categories of personal information we have collected about you, (ii) the categories of sources from which personal information is collected, (iii) the business or commercial purpose for the information collection, (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we have shared personal information, and (v) the specific pieces of personal information we hold about an individual. You have the right to request a copy of the specific Personal Information we collected about you during the 12 months before your request.
  • Right to Delete – You have the right to request us to delete any Personal Information we have collected from you or maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions. To assert your right to know or your right to delete your Personal Information, please contact us according to the “Contact Information” section below. To verify your identity, we may ask you to verify Personal Information we already have on file for you. If we cannot verify your identity from the information we have on file, we may request additional information from you, which we will only use to verify your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Selling. As described in this Privacy Policy, in certain situations we may share your Personal Information with third parties or affiliates for our marketing or other purposes. To the extent such sharing is considered a “sale” under the CCPA, as a California resident you have the right to opt-out of such sharing. If you would like us to no longer share your Personal Information in this way, please contact us. In addition, California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (if applicable).
